If you aren't opposed to paying a fair price for a great tool, dBpoweramp is highly recommended. It offers a three week free trial with no functional restrictions.
If you want something for no cost that will do an excellent job but is a bit less versatile, X Lossless Decoder (XLD) is a good choice.
