OK. I think agree with you here. I only listened to it one time earlier this year. So, I have not given it a finale grade. BUT after the first listened to it there was no excitement; it just sort of ended. I thought I was listening to Debussy (not a knock on Debussy but it's a let down if you are expecting Rachmaninoff Symphony No. 2) I was not compelled to listen again. In fact, I forgot I even had it! That's not a good sign.
