Funny - I looked at the Ella & Louis SA-CD the other night as well :-), and yes, I do have the Sonny Clark. Sonically this is pretty good, though certainly not top in my experience. Evans on APO is more lifelike and richer with more of that piano timbre and overtones. The Clark disc is nice enough but it's lacking body on all instruments.
