Marantz SA14v2 TOC reading problem

New high resolution SACD releases, players and technology.

Have enjoyed the Marantz SA14v2 SACD player for over two years. It recently developed a problem with recognizing the SACD layer of hybrid SACD's. It spends some time reading the TOC and then goes to the CD layer. Within a week it is now refusing to lock into the SACD layer even upon repeated tries. Single layer SACD's and RBCD's play fine; if it finds the SACD layer of hybrids it will play it without problem. Anyone come across this problem before, how to fix it?
