DAve, thanks for the reply. I am not looking for anything in particular. I very much like the Cary house sound so I do not want to change it. I just want to make sure the stock pc is not limiting the peformance of the Cary. Whichever pc I choose, I dont want to impart any additional sonic signature. I would like a pc that allows the Cary to perform as it was designed to. I hope that makes sense.FYI: my system is as follows:
speakers: BW 802d
preamp: Classe CP-700
amp: Classe CAM-400
IC: Acoustic Zen
Speaker Cables: Purist Audio Designtommy
