you'll always have people who like collecting tangible things, like CDs or LPs. When a HD or IPod crashes once, with one's supply of music on it, you'll see somebody reconsider.Part of the pleasure for me is walking by my rack and admiring my 'collection', scanning the rows for something to play and thumbing through my records enjoying their covers.
People are easily trainable and just because a generation isn't into something now, doesn't mean the next won't. Look at WINE in America a few years back? It'll take time but I think it can happen.
It will take some realignment with the companies making the stuff, but it can be accomplished IMO.
Take care, Chris
