tlyyra, I have 2 questions. Was this the first time that you were playing the discs on the Marantz? Are they playing fine on any other player(s) that you have?If this is the first time that you have problems playing the discs on the Marantz, then it is ok to conclude that the Marantz has some problem with copyright s/w issue. If not, then it is a real issue with the transport (how come it played the first X times, and would not play now)? If the discs are playing fine in other player, then again it is Marantz issue.
Q1=Yes, Q2=Yes - Marantz problem
Q1=Yes, Q2=No - Non-Marantz problem
Q1=No, Q2=Yes - Marantz problem
Q1=No, Q2=No - Maybe Marantz problem
