"Throw in a question regarding tubes' abilities to reproduce 100kHz..."The tubes don't have a problem, the transformers might but what does that have to do with anything. Do you know of an music instrument that makes tones that high. Or how about a speaker?
In other words, what does 100kc have to do with anything audio?
