Cary 306 SACD : cutting the last song of a CD short ?

Hello,
I bought a new Cary 306 SACD one month ago. While I'm very pleased, I'm wondering if other Cary owners have had the same issue : on a few CDs, the last song ends quite abruptly, as if cutting short the proper end of the song. Any comments on why that could happen ?

Other than that, this CD player is stunning, but ruthless : if the quality of the CD is below par, the player does not forgive ! You will get crab ! But if the quality is right, then just relax and enjoy....

Lastly on tweaks : with my previous player (Cary 306/200) Furutech RD-2 made quite a difference on most CDs, but not so with the SACD. I can hardly notice any difference. Has someone notice that as well ?
