In terms of improving sound quality, the most important mod is to retrieve the audio signal early on in the player (Sony tends to convert a voltage signal to a current signal and then back to a voltage signal again. If you can find a modder to get the signal from the early voltage chip, you are starting from a better, more transparent place.) The second most important change is to reduce the jitter of the player with a better clock.Retsel
