I'd agree with Vinyl Survivor and others - the A-T 50 is a very nice phone. The Sony 7506 had reasonable comfort and isolation in my "test", but the sound wasn't up to the price point. Also check out the Shure 440, which I bought last week for 99 bucks. For an open-back, the AKG K240 still can't be beat at $99 - great sound and outstanding comfort, although you have to have some robust signal level if you want to play them loud.hth
