That's what the discs that I have say on the back. The PCM 2.0 stereo track should be in the DVD-V format, not DVD-A, so a DVD-V ripper should be able to get you the stereo track.
Here's a link to the disc at AIX (see the About the Disc section, only the 5.1 MLP mix is for DVD-A players, the other 3 can be played by DVD-V players):
