The 24/96 PCM 2.0 stereo tracks are actually on the DVD-V section of the discs, not the DVD-A section. Make sure you're "extracting" from the right side of the disc (there's material on both sides -- at least on the ones I have). Any DVD ripping program should be able to get this for you.
