Help! My Ayre cx-7 cant read dualdisc!

since i cant find anywhere to post this, i decided to post it here!
i popped in my new nine inch nail's downward spiral dualdisc cd layer on my cx-7 n lo n behold! after spinning for sometime (i can hear the mechanism making sounds reading it), it cant read the damn thang!
the funny thing is my scd-1 can read the cd layer!
so anybody with some pointers?
i am in the process of ordering a few more dualdisc titles but have 2 scrap my plans after this.
