Ok You may now have realized what I said in the first place....what is the position regarding copying a privately owned Lp..or even creating your own surround sound version and passing it to a similair DVDA enthusiast for his opinion? ,that then is obvious It is not for commercial profit and is therefore legal....Provided it is not a recording that the original record company is releasing as a commercial DVDA I do not see that there is any problem or conflict...Setting up a club to exchange private items would then seem to me acceptable provided money didnt change hands...Sorry but I did request specific advice...
