Reviewer errors?

I've noticed that in the last few years, there seems to be more reviews with technical errors in them. I'll be the first to admit that electronics isn't my area of expertise, so if I spot it, it must be rather egregious. One that comes to mind, was a review of a Prima Luna amp from a few years ago, when referring to the ultra linear/triode switch, they repeatedly referred to triode as single ended.
The most recent is the Future Audio review of the HiFi Rose RA280 integrated amp. They call it an A/B amp, when it is a class D amp as stated on their website. 250 watts per channel (8/4 ohm) in a 21 lb amp? not likely. Also, while I admit the are some integrateds with built in DACs, there are still more that don't. I've got a dozen or so amps around, most are integrated, and none have a built in DAC. In fact, I believe there are some manufacturers who say an internal DAC adds noise to the system. Am I being excessively picky? Shouldn't editor catch this kind of thing?
