I had the boxed CD re-issue w/ all the out-takes - but it never came back from a loan...

You know what they say about loans? Roger Rosenblatt wrote an article in Time Magazine many years ago about the strange relationship between lenders and borrowers of books (applies to music too). Usually, he said the borrower is beholden to the lender. But with books, this relationship is turned on its head and here the borrower is in the driver's seat, the lender too embarrassed to ask for the book back. Rosenblatt said: "The only books I have in my library are those that others have lent me...-."
