I have a 2245 parts unit, and some of the 22xx series of receivers had interchangeable parts/boards. Let me know, and I'll cross reference what you need with my 2245 service manual. If they're the same, I'll dig the unit out and see if the board you need is still on it.

Hi, I just downloaded the 2245 Service manual and it's the same Ref L501 on the P500 board and Marantz part number. I wonder if there is some mfg part number on that part that someone could cross to the mfg. Seems odd that only Marantz part numbers are listed.
It's not really that strange. It's possible that the part was propitiatory, although it's far more likely listed that way so that "Authorized Marantz Service Centers" had to buy their parts directly from Marantz/Superscope.
Give me a day or two to find the parts unit, and see if it even has the board still in it. If it doesn't, I'll open up one of my two complete 2245 to see if L501 has any markings on it which might allow you to cross-reference the part.
That's logical. I did not think about that and makes financial sense for Marantz. Thank you very much.
Kevin
All the companies used their own part numbers on non-generic components. Your best bet is to determine the exact function of the coil/transformer and try to find an equivalent in something else. Many tuned components in solid state receivers from that era were similar in terms of frequency and impedance.
That works. I can pay you via Paypal or just send you a Postal money order. I used the part number in the 2270 service manual. thank you Kevin
