Interesting question that I would suggest should be generalized to other gear. I use Soliloquy 6.3s in my high level primary listening system. They are exquisite in their accurate range o reproduction, At the bass end the cannons in the Telarc early Soliloquy recording send my dog barking and hurrying
upstairs, My soliloquies' appear to be similar to the Richmonds. This doesn't directly answer your question but I wouldn't be afraid of these speakers.
