I noticed it started to drop off. I miss Mike's post. He was a valuable contributor with lot of knowledge. Hope he is doing well?

I just got an email from Jeff.
I'm much better than I was. I'm trying to catch up on everything from being sidelined for 3 years and little by little I'm catching up.I'm dealing with my mother next door who is going be 97 and she was driving until last Nov.
Now she has macular and can't see very well but I now have my sister home from Fla which helps a lot now that she's retired from teaching.
We will get this forum fired back up. My major issues with health are getting much better. I'm only 62 so if family longevity is an indicator,I should live another few years haha. I hope everyone is staying healthy.

Is Mikey sick? I have not heard from him, I have always been concerned about his health, and seems every year he is fighting something health wise.. I have neglected to contact him because he seems so swamped. He stays up way too late and I backed off calling him because he should rest. He's always trying to help everyone and their brother well into the late hours, don't want to push it.
I do miss him and hope he's doing well, anyone with news about Mikey please chime in or PM me..

glad to hear from you, take it easy until you are fully recovered. We need you to make it further than your mother is currently and hopefully even longer, I am pretty sure she will make to 120!!
I know it's cliché but good diet, sleep, and exercise - in that order are all that is key to good long lasting health. I can't emphasize that enough! Sleep!!
