  I had god luck with Adamsradio. They are not cheap but the stuff fit.
  
  I have seen turntables with both idler and belt Generally the idler starts it to take the load off the belt them it is belt drive after that.
  
  There are ways to calculate the belt length and it is easy to figure out the idler.
