I agree Chip but, there is usually a need for the item delivery of the part now. Not a week later. When you find what you thought would work doesn't.

Planning ahead would solve that issue but my world usually doesn't work that way.

  I don't say they make all that they sell, but they do fill orders and ship promptly, and they do carry nearly anything you can call hardware. I avoid Amazon as a matter of course.
