I am in the market for isolation platforms for my amp and source gears, trying to get something good that I will not need to worry about for quite a while. By reading and searching, I noticed Neuance's seems to be regarded very good for its cost, and SRA's also got great reviews, but priced at the other end of scale, while the two brands share some commonalities. I would like to hear from those who have tried both to tell if there is a (substantial) difference in sound?
I also welcomed suggestion of other isolation platforms that priced between the two.

Take a look at the Sound Mechanics Performance Platform. It is unique in that it provides resonance control and RFI/EMI dissipation.
I tried a variety of isolation/damping devices. The one I have been extremely happy with is the latest version (the Black label) of the Critical Mass Grand Master (GM) platforms. I have one under my CD player and two under the two monoblock amps. The GMs lowered the noise floor dramatically. Consequently, now there is more perceived detail and nuance; cleaner, clearer, crisper, purer sound; more focus, better separation of instruments, deeper soundstage; improved macro- and micro-dynamics; quicker and crisper transients; improved coherence and PRAT; purer harmonic texture; etc. The level of realism, naturalness, musicality, and involvement were enhanced by the GMs. Critical Mass also has two less expensive lines than the GM.
On the practical side: The GM is transferable between components that are less than 130 lbs. (GMs for heavier components can be built.) So, your investment is less risky if you should change components.
each approach will be a trade between costs and benefits, lowering the noise floor may come with a reduction in perceived energy, and one component may be emitting a wholly different form of energy than another, so one solution may be ideal for a CD transport, with relatively high lateral accelerations, and another one for a processor with an RF field... digital amps are hyper-sensitive to high frequency vibrations.. and so on...
