Well, Mapleshade in Delaware has a little side business refurbishing Scott Tuners. I recently bought one from them, and it is very nice. The person who does the actual work is famous for this, but I forget his name. Maybe someone here knows who that Scott Expert is?
These people in your general area claim to also work on Scott Tuners: soundideasflorida

He's Foster Blair.
Just got my 310E back from him. Great guy. Tuner has full Mapleshade mod and just retuned and alignment check. In his own words, "it sounds wonderful".
Can I ask what you paid for your Scott from MapleShade? Model?
I'm planning to put mine up for sale on Audiogon, soon, so I'd appreciate advise on a price point.
Thanks, Dean
Foster Blair is a widely recognized expert on the vintage Scott gear. He has worked on tuners for me and I recommend him.
I had one bad experience with Mapleshade; they took forever to finish and ship a Scott unit I sent. Pierre Sprey eventually apologized but I would bypass Mapleshade and go straight to Mr. Blair.
