Winged-C EL34 Maker?

I saw on eBay listings of EL34s labeled with the "Winged C" logo but without "Svetlana" or "Svetlana Electron Devices" branding (see photo).

Who makes these Winged-C tubes and are they any good?

Those look like well used 2001 vintage Svetlana tubes: the base color is darker towards the glass and lighter towards the pins.

  You can see the claw marks clearly on one of the tubes as only guitar amps use. I just overlooked it as a terrible picture

Would likely be newer production New Sensor / Electro Harmonix. They look authentic. They could be recent production and Mike painted them different. On the website the tubes pictured are over 20 years old.
