It's the Dyna Pas preamp I meant to say.
The Eico isn't even built.

depending on the condition of the selenium rectifier and the caps in that supply the voltage might be even lower. You should have that looked at.

I've come across some brands that you can barely tell if they are on or not. I think they were Russian made 12AX7 LPS.
