Hi, If change both the cathode resistor value for upper and lower tube. Would that help on the gain increase ? Change higher value or lower value?

Like Paul inferred, I don't think you can call that an SRPP topology, because you are taking the output off the plate of the lower tube, but also according to what I have read, bypassing the lower cathode resistor disrupts the classical function of an SRPP by altering the current path. (I got this idea from an article in Glass Audio.) On the other hand, I have found that taking the output off the plate of the lower tube (making the circuit a plate-loaded triode with higher impedance) usually sounds better than the SRPP topology, if the downstream component is OK with the higher output Z.
Yes Lew, I found Kondo Ongaku first Stage also take the output from bottom tube plate. I have tried to see differences and plate output is more natural sounding
