Hi TK,
The right hand Triode has cathode R 360 ohm, I was saying if we assume this triode is second stage direct couple of another Triode (not shown in schematic). This triode shown in schematic used to be 360 ohm cathode R now has been elevated to 90V above ground, say 8K instead od 360 ohm. In this case do we also take in account of 8K for calculation.

Yes, the revised parallel resistance of 8K affects the low end response. You would probably need to use a bypass cap of about 100uF. I don't understand why you would want to elevate the cathode in this way, so maybe I've misunderstood the intent.
