A question to see if I understand this.
My tube amp has 100k input (100k from grid to ground). If I series a .01uF cap on the input, it will start roll off at 150Hz?

The -3db down point of the 6db per octave high pass filter created by the capacitor working into the 100k ohm resistor would be 159Hz.
Here's the math.
-3db point = 159155 / (cap value in uf X resistance value in ohms)
