Has anyone tried AXIA XD-MASTER?

I got one AXIA XD-MASTER metal bias tape recently. Looks like made with a metal frame, like MA-XG, heavy and shinning. How about its quality? Does it worth 20$ a piece?

I had a friend who rated these very highly and whose opinion on these matters was generally spot on. He was very knowledgable about both cassettes and recorders.

Considering the price that some blanks are now reaching $20 doesn't seem excessive given the rarity of the XD-Master - I have been looking for Axias for a couple of years now in different markets without success.

Is there any way you could post a picture on the Tape Trail?
