I have made 2 follow up posts in the past week and neither are showing up.
What do I need to do to find out why? Thanks
Follow Ups:
I got it! Whew, took me awhile.
Thanks for helping.
Cheers !
you're welcome.
I noticed you added the other pics with an edit or two. ;)

Well, tried posting to Tweakers' with all photos, but that didn't work.
So I thought lets post with text and then add one photo at a time.
First post went well.
Then got this:
error: Exception 435: unable to open image `/pub/www/AudioAsylum/usr/5/54766/img_432921.jpg': No such file or directory @ error/blob.c/OpenBlob/2881
I noticed that you posted a number of posts with images that weren't there. Other images were fine. You can upload one image at a time. On Preview, you can cut and paste the image link to put it where you want it to be in the message and then upload another image and so forth.
When you post the message, the uploaded files get moved to a user dir. Otherwise, the files left in the temp upload dir are deleted.
Also, if you delete an message with an image link that is in another message, the image is deleted if it has the same name.

I think I found the problem.
I was able to post and delete a test post of just text. Will next try with photo.
I had used the "Eat my cookies" to delete cookies previously.
But this time I went to my cookies folder and picked them out manually.
And then restarted my PC.
I had already done the FAQ suggestion and still no luck. And I'm viewing on two different browsers.
Here's a screen-shot after I posted the last one.
It's a long shot, but you might try deleting all audioasylum cookies from your browser.

I can't find anything in the logs or the database that can explain the problem. Is your problem only with the reply in Tweakers?
I ask because you're posting elsewhere. If it is an issue with Tweakers only, then I need to know exactly what post and it's url is giving you a problem. Otherwise, I can't see anything that would cause the problem.

You may need to refresh your browser. Also, there is usually a setting to check for new content every time you visit a page. Normally, many browsers only check for changes after some period of time.
It's also possible that you Previewed the post and didn't post it.
Here's are all of your posts to date below:
