I check the spam folder, I check the inbox..... I never get a confirmation email to my new email address.
My email has been "registered" to an obsolete, non-working email for several months..... The lack of a "confirmation email" has prevented me from changing it.
This needs to be addressed because I'm missing emails from fellow inmates. Thank you.

This is a weird problem. Basically, gmx is picky and is blocking email:
relay=mx01.gmx.net[212.227.17.4]:25, delay=943, delays=942/0/1/0, dsn=4.0.0, status=deferred (host mx01.gmx.net[212.227.17.4] refused to talk to me: 554-gmx.net (mxgmx117) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available 554-No SMTP service 554-Bad DNS PTR resource record. 554 For explanation visit https://www.gmx.net/mail/senderguidelines?ip=66.185.163.36&c=rdns)
I checked our PTR record and it's correct:
;; QUESTION SECTION:
;36.163.185.66.in-addr.arpa. IN PTR
;; ANSWER SECTION:
36.163.185.66.in-addr.arpa. 57490 IN PTR 66-185-163-36.sd.nextlevelinternet.com.
I also checked the mail logs for 'Bad DNS PTR resource record' and gmx.com is the only one that shows up. Do you have an option of using gmail or yahoo or any other provider?
I'll also ask Netlevel is they can fix the issue. It's tricky because they handle reverse DNS and I only have a portion of these IP, not a full class C group.

Thanks for resolving the problem!
