I checked and you requested the Forgo t Password link 4 times on the 22nd and 4 time it was sent. We've had problem in the past with Earthlink with people not getting the Auto-replies to messages as well. you might check with them and also see this link:

  Well, I don't see anything to indicate that Earthlink deleted these messages as spam. My "Known Spam" folder is empty, and there are no Asylum messages in my latest spam report. Also, my e-mail preferences have the "Suspect Email" function turned off, so no domain that I haven't specifically listed as spam should be blocked. I'm at a loss to understand why I didn't receive the messages.

      Do you mind if I email a copy of that log to their tech support? Maybe they can use it to determine what went wrong.
