I have an item for sale and got an offer...Horray!!
But I'd like to look up the member; how many posts, when did he register, that sort of stuff.
Is there a way to do that? If not there should be. I looked and looked and can't find it.

Yes, you found one way from the Trader. You can also go to Inmate Systems and get it.
We're in the process of making a major update to the Trader to completely change and improve the Feedback process. We'll also be updating the email app to include a link to the users profile if that user is logged in. By design, we wanted to make it easy for people to contact seller; therefore, registration and login is not required.

Thanks Rod. Looking forward to the changes.
My main point is that as a buyer, when someone contacts you it's difficult (impossible?) to tell how long they have been a member, how many posts and which posts, those types of things.
A couple of my items did sell, so that's been great.
I found a round about way to look up a member (go in to leave feedback and you can search for user name).BUT - Another potentially bigger issue is that when I received the eMail with the offer, the member's moniker is nowhere in the eMail.
What's up with that?In the "Don't get scammed" section it says:
"Check the Seller's profile. New registrations and no posts on the Asylum merit extra caution!"
What about sellers checking buyers' profiles?
