For the last month when I select a topic (thread #) in some of the Asylum forums and then select the back button in IE 8.0 after I've read the thread, I get the following error:The webpage cannot be found
HTTP 400
Most likely causes:
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.
What you can try:
Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.
Go to and look for the information you want.
More informationThis error (HTTP 400 Bad Request) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the web server, but the webpage could not be found because of a problem with the address.
For more information about HTTP errors, see Help.
Anyone else have this problem?
Follow Ups:
We seen a number of random problems since upgrading the servers memory and loading a 64 bit OS. A 400 error is odd:
10.4.1 400 Bad Request
The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. The client SHOULD NOT repeat the request without modifications.
Apparently, there is some issue with certain ISPs and certain browsers and it seems to have something to do with cache and this version of Apache. I may have to look at upgrading to a different version of Apache and hope it solves the problem.

It's been lasting a few days at a time, although the first time was about a week long.
- No I don't have the same problems.
- Is this the only place that you get the error?
Clear your cache. Use ccleaner (free) to clear Temp files, History, AutoComplete, etc. Also, if you are accessing AA from your favorites or Links, delete the URL link and add it back. See if that helps.
