Obvious scammer! He must have offered a "too good to be true" deal to even keep you on the bait for so long...

Follow Ups:
Update: So the DCCA powercord listed as sold about 1-2 weeks ago. I waited to see if anyone left positive feedback to the "seller" to see if this listing was legit. Never saw any new feedback for the "seller" yet, but just yesterday I received this email message from the "seller"!
"Hi there, just wanting to confirm that all went well & that you are happy to have the DCCA....if so, kindly leave positive feedback & I will do the same....peace."
What does this person think that they are going to get "lucky" and have someone accidentally give them positive feedback? I should probably report this "seller" to the mod of US Audio Mart, right?

report the seller for what? you are not out anything here. imho, just accept this as a good lesson in following your instincts when something seems shady, and move on.

But there is no guarantee it will have any effect.
Buyers must always follow basic "safe purchase" protocols to protect themselves when purchasing online.
Remember that scammers rely on people's _greed_.
If some price online appears to be a "steal", which party do you think will end up actually doing the stealing???
