...I already had posted about the seller on ebay feedback forum on his store so that anyone contemplating transaction with him can see it.

I already had sent an email to him I would go to resolution center unless I get my money back.

  and no I don't believe in protecting frauds even if you say I do. And the disingenuousness of your comment speaks volumes on your character and to why I would oppose such a list in the first place.
  Also I think it's a bit much expecting us to have to verify every claim made by every inmate who gets in a tizzy because he feels like he was wronged.
  There is nothing more for me to say on this topic.

    I never put words into your mouth as you falsely accused me of. You were claiming I shouldn't complain about this loser because one couldn't know the backstory, which I already had said and you could verify yourself from ebay.
    
    Besides you were defending this fraud by claiming you would have let him off the hook.
