He's always said he got your replacement cables. YOU SAID you have voice mail proof that he ripped you off. The only logical reason you won't share it with an unbiased third party is that you lied about the proof. If you lied about that it indicates you've lied about everything. Come on, contact the moderator, prove Rudy is a ball-faced liar and fraud. He's clearly not going to quit until you show him to be a liar or you give him his money. If I were in your position I would provide the proof YOU SAID you have. If I were Rudy, I would do everything he's done plus I would be at your front door to confront you man to man. End it. Rudy, take some time off. Travel to his jurisdiction and sue him. If he doesn't respond you'll win by default. If he does he is going to have to prove he sent you the money or he will lose. I know it will cost you but think of the satisfaction. It might just be worth it. I wish you the best of luck.

IMO any man used as a sock puppet is a fool...if it was so plain to see that I lied about a voicmail...why are you so gung ho on pressing the issue...motives motives motives.
You saw the picture of Rudy calling my cell phone which the Moderators deleted... Rudy admitted calling me to "chew my ass out"...that alone shows motive and intent to leave such a message.
You see Wendell you show way too much intrest in this phone call ...a dead give away that you are in cahoots with Rudy.

I really wish Rudy would try and sue me...I have all the tracking/shipping documentation and ATM receipts to prove I sent him money and cables on the dates in question...now how could Rudy convince a judge that I never sent him any money...now thats a tough one!
I most surely would win...and the voicemail would just be icing on the cake.

Like I've said before Rudy admitted to arranging for you to hear the tape and he offered monetary compensation...no disrespect,but you aren't someone I would actually call unbiased.
