"Audiogon closed the dispute because the posts where originated from Rudy's same IP Adress."
You don't seem to have any ethical issues with posting whatever dishonest nonsense you feel like, as you have done here and in the other post I commented on above. But maybe you are only dishonest here, and not in your Audiogon transactions. It's possible. Not likely, but possible.
Audiogon closed the dispute because the moderators are either incompetent or too lazy to take the trouble to find out who is sending in responses. They apparently got so many responses in favor of Rudy in the dispute that they thought it was 'irregular', instead of just obvious that one side had more merit than the other.
As noted in my other post, I sent a response to the dispute resolution forum, and I am certainly not at Rudy's same IP address.
Rudy is honest, that much I know.

Ok I see...you have several monikers too.
This Moniker says Conrad ...are you refering to the post you made under your other Moniker of Joessportster?

What "other" post are you referencing?
you dug yourself into a hole and now you just look stupid and guilty. Conrad has been here since 2000 and joessportster registered 2007, so what you are saying is that Conrad and Rudy conspired to scam you in 2007 and Conrad registered at joessportster at that time so he could post under the moniker?!? The IP address aren't even the same, are you high?
Give the guy his money back people who scam people in this industry or in general suckass.
CPK,
I didn't see Conrads first post and I did make a mistake on that So I apologize to Conrad...now this seems fishy
Joessportster registerd Jan 23,2007
Person AE registered Feb 8,2007
rudolffzigray registered march 29,2007.
These where the first people to respond to this thread besides Rudy and it seems a little funny that all three of them registered around the same time in consecutive months.
they all have different IP address, not really fishy at all. And again I stand by my first post. You as a manufacturer, who has done this for a number of years knows better then to a) send a package valued at $861 w/o tracking numbers and insurance and b) to send cash. The latter is just general common knowledge, you don't send cash at anytime. Someone in your position in an industry where people try/do rip people off via internet dealings, sending of cash is inexcusable.
Now with a dealer sticking his neck out in support of Rudy your position has lost any credibility, which was heading south prior to his involvement.
As a fellow manufacturer I hate to see another have problems but resorting to scamming customers (RAL comes to mind) just casts a dark cloud over an industry that is already fraught with snakeoil.
