...this guy used to give some good advice and recomendations on some of his posts in the Tube Asylum. Was it greed or desperation that caused his fall?
His good advice was also accompanied with dubious advice. Some of his expressed opinions about tubes were motivated by what tubes he had and/or was selling at the time of posting.
I think Robert has serious psychological issues. He would behave one way one day, and do a 180 a few days later. Not all of his sales were scams; some people got what they paid for. He was cordial to me at times. On the other hand, some of his emails/posts to/about me were ridiculously vile and juvenile (e.g. calling me a "faggot looking to suck his dick" for no reason at all).

I forgot his Audiogon ID. It's in a thread further down, but it doesn't matter because Audiogon has cancelled his membership.
Yeah, no surprise they cancelled him - he will likely start another one. Keep an eye out for Canadian seller selling 6SN7s, 300Bs, 45s and 83s. That would be him...
