Must be some technical lawyer talk I don't understand. Very confusing. I believe that a very tall, top shelf margarita, may help resolve the confusion.

the reasonable mistake you and the ahole make is you both assume I know what happened to my posts after I posted them.
Very reasonable to assume, but not correct. I post, assume they will be deleted as they were for the last two years, and vacate the premises. My goal is not to be let in, I just had something REALLY important to say.
