Hello,
I have a loud hum in my right channel on my Fi X4 amp. I have swapped tubes but still there. I would like to ask you who can I send my X4 to for repair. Thanks for your help.

I hate to sound grouchy, but why do people post things like this without telling anyone where they're located? It just doesn't make sense.
UPS, USPS and Fed Ex exist?

"Reality cannot exist because it cannot keep up with the lies on the Internet."
If a member of the Asylum was local to me, I might be willing to take on a small project for free. That's especially likely if my part of the job would only involve troubleshooting. OTOH, I'm not interested in any work that would require me to pack and ship a unit. Really, it's always good to tell other members where you're located if you're seeking hands-on assistance.
Can save on shipping and more importantly, potential shipping damage. Why ship if you don't have to?
I shipped my Fi Super X 2A3 back to Don Garber in Brooklyn for repair. I thought we each packed it well, but when I got it pack the X shape was a little bit deformed. It is not terrible, but I can see it. Because of the design and the way the heavy transformers hang off of the bent aluminum sheets shipping is a dicy prospect and best avoided if possible.
Yep. Same thing happened to my friend and it went from NJ.

If you add the city/state to your profile, someone nearby might chime in. Maybe a long shot, but you never know. Many of us here have well-equipped tech benches and are competent in what we do. I'd offer to look at it for free, but I'm in Texas. That's a nice piece of equipment, good luck with everything!
You could post in Tube/DIY.
You can PM me if you would like me to fix it.
Likely just needs to be recapped.
