Hi:I'm in the process of trying a prototype power cord from a new cable company Dellert-Karmody. I won't get into all of the technical details but in order to bring out its unique grounding properties, you literally(!) have to bury the cable into the ground for 7 days prior to using (see photos below). The idea is similar to the new human earthing/grounding concept, walking barefoot on the ground, that's gaining in popularity.
The major downside is that the cable costs $13,500! That's way, way out of my price range but at least I can try it to see if it works. I'll report back once I have it in my system.

This is not an unprecedented concept...... The late prof. I. Lirpa once tried literal earth grounding.......

Confession time. When I first became interested in Hi-Fi in the mid 1970s, I went to the school library and started reading old issues of Audio magazine.
In one issue, there was a review by Prof. Lirpa of an Octagon (8 channel) Receiver. It wasn't until about half-way through that I realized it was a spoof! I have had a few other audio related goofs but this is definitely in my top three.

I remember that in Audio.
Those articles written by Prof. Lirpa would come out in the April issue. April being Lirpa spelled backwards, as in April fools.
I didn't catch on at first either.
I remember his steam powered turntable for $100,000 or some crazy price.

Actually, I'm designing a TT using some original patent papers from TESLA who also designed a turbine........which doesn't get much play today, if you'll pardon the expression.
Geared WAY down and 'regulated' it will provide extreme precision and very low W&F.
Downside is the cost of construction to the incredible standards demanded of a 50,000 to 80,000 RPM device......
Too much is never enough
Any Belden cord will work fine.
The Belden 19364 is inexpensive and very good. 14ga should be sufficient.
The 83803 ....is 12ga and very expensive.....
Both are shielded, which I'd only connect to ground at the wall-plug side......leaving it disconnected at the 'device'....
Too much is never enough
Reminds me of this ...
My Earth grounding is bigger than your Earth grounding!
For cryo treatment.

It doesn't fit. Besides, it's an extension cord and not a power cord.

That's kids' stuff. Real audiophiles use sections of RR track.
... require a high voltage third rail?
"That's kids' stuff."
I don't know about that. I probably shouldn't mention this because it is proprietary but some form of concrete is used in the manufacturing process.
