Will the new iWatch's battery still swell up after ~1 year, rendering it usable only as a nightstand clock? lol
I rather like it in that capacity though. But not cheap.

We've had experience with 4 Apple Watches if I count my wife, sister, and me. Never had a swelling battery issue. Was that a problem with early Watches?I like the Apple Watch Ultra 2 in black with built-in GPS, cellphone, satellite comm, big screen, and ruggedness. But at $800 I'll pass for now! On the other hand you can pay so much more for stylish 'jewelry' watches that only tell time.

Yeah, it was a first gen. To Apple's credit, they did replace the watch with an identical model. But that one soon swelled up too. And no more free replacements.
Good to hear that you've had better luck with later models.
