it's exercise. I enjoyed a 67 minute run (10k) today on my 67th birthday. Feel energized.
My 74 year old brother recently ran a 10k with a friend of his with whom they've been doing that together for fifty years.
I've seen people that are a 100% physical Specimen of health in their 40s, but their ideas are older than some 90 year olds in wheel chairs.

Hey, I'll be 88 next month and walk our dog to the beach daily, so we're not all in wheelchairs, but I have downsized from a rack of Ayre gear and moved onto to a KEF LS60 active speaker for the living room and Sony HT A9 for sound immersion in the HT.
Yup! --- I eat Breakfast every day with a guy that's 89 and works out every day at the 'Y'... And my Dad lived to 100 (died in 2022), and never lost his mobility. He was always a Roosevlet 'New Deal' guy, and never shunned new ideas.
My mom lived to 102; 4 of her 7 siblings lived beyond 100. She enjoyed life until they couldn't wake her for bed. That's the way we all hope to go.
I haven't completely downsized. I use an Ayre DX-5 DSD with the LS60 and keep a vintage setup comprised of an Ayre AX-7e integrated, C5xeMP disc player, and KEF Reference 1s.
Re walking: The beach is less than a 10 minute walk from our house, but once there we walk along it.
It's the strive to educate and improve oneself in whatever ways.
