What does your Qobuz Settings look like? Here is mine.
Follow Ups:
I can't get a good full screen shot of mine, but the only differences are my login info doesn't show, and the "show Hi Res label" was ticked no. I changed it to yes, re ran the scan and it didn't change anything. I do wonder about the box not showing my id info, I don't think that would matter though since it starts the scan and gets most of it before quitting.
I definitely think that you are not logged into Qobuz via LMS. Once you get logged in properly, I'm sure it will work.
But some of the albums in the library that display the Q play just fine. There are some albums that the cover with Q is displayed, but when I choose play the album doesn't load and it just says "empty". I suspect those are the ones that aren't scanned. Trying to figure out the difference.
Thanks for your input. Maybe I'll get something on the forum that will identify what line 904 preference pane is!
It shows that you are not logged in... Can you add your Login and Password there? --- If not, I'd uninstall Qobuz and then re-install it, something is out of sync with your installation.Since you are using Roon and having to shut down LMS a lot to use it, you may have shut it down improperly at one time and it corrupted the LMS Data Base Settings.

I've removed it already, at least the only way I know how, by unchecking the Qobuz plugin box, and reinstalled. Something is corrupted. Michael from the LMS user group is going to look at the log file. I discovered last night (distracting myself from that awful 49er performance) that most of my albums are loaded and play, far fewer than the 40 that it says don't scan. So they are there, somewhere.
Well, he'll figure it out eventually. I know that LMS Data Base corruption will yield strange results. I'm guessing that you didn't always shut LMS down 'gracefully'?
And it's done the same to me on more than one occasion, most ungracefully!
We'll see what we get from the LMS/Qobuz guys. Amazing they've kept things running and improved them since Logitech abandoned us.
Yes, the PcP Developers are 'Users' of their product. They take great pride in it and a lot of the development is fueled by their needs and 'Pride of Ownership'.
You may have had data Base Corruption for quite awhile. And as these things go, they don't get better, they get worse.
What I always do, is have a Music Library Backup, just in case something like this would happen. It's backed up every day on my NAS. Should my Music Library ever get corrupted, it is a simple matter to restore it from the backup. I've never needed to, but it's there.
He had me install LMS 8.4, the "development build" and it scanned everything just fine. Love that these guys (yourself included) just take it on themselves to keep us up and running in our obscure corners of the digital music world. Thanks to all of you.

Rest of my settings. I don't see any differences from yours.
