You could simply present the original spectrum and let the AI compare it to a recorded spectrum.
We've got tools for a long time doing it - which btw prove that there usually are audible differences - if you want to look for them. No need for GoldenEars.
Now you need to teach the AI what these differences in the spectrum mean.
They have done it medicine to detect cancer. It shouldn't be such a big challenge doing it for audio ;)
Kal and his reviewer buddies might lose their jobs though.
And all systems out there might sound perfectly alike one day. ...a major disaster for the audio industry of course. Nobody wants that of course.

Back to my original line of thought on this:
"Now you need to teach the AI what these differences in the spectrum mean."
Differences in the spectrum must mean you have a 'reference spectrum'. Who's to decide what equipment is correct in establishing this reference?
You can volunteer and we can all argue over your choice.
The reference spectrum is the track content.
The recorded spectrum gets compared to the reference spectrum.
From that you could easily generate an objective scale.
The ultimate goal would be spectrum in = spectrum out.
You might need to take out the flaws generated by the recording chain.
Now. While looking at the target spectrum an AI could probably spot a lot of
common flaws (timing issues, phase shifts, harmonic distortion, asf).
And there's a good chance that sound characteristics (using e.g. terminology we know from reviews) could be derived from that.
This is neither about right or wrong nor it is about taste. It'd be about telling you what's there and what to expect soundwise.
