Seeking advice on breaking-in new capacitors in AS MP-3 phone stage.
I recently replaced AS MP-3 phono and line stage capacitors with V-Caps. MP-3 sound better with freshly installed capacitors;
Line stage sounds much better with >200 hours playing.
What would be the most efficient way to break-in phono stage capacitors? It is a bit harder to get the much playing time on vinyl. Thanks.

...for $49 from Hagerman Labs (link below). My plan is to connect it between an FM tuner and my phono stage to finish breaking in the Teflon caps. As you noted, 200 to 400 hours some claim for Teflon cap break-in amounts to a LOT of LPs.
I've put about 60 hours of signal through the caps so far by playing Lps, so I figure a week or two of input from the tuner should be about right.
Search the Vinyl Asylum to read others experiment with the inverse RIAA filter.
Thank you. Yes, quite a bit of discussion on vinyl forum.
