No more Slim's...

Bummer.

Heard a LOT of great music there through the years... Sun Ra, Bootsy Collins, Sonny Sharrock, Mick Taylor, Los Lobos
and many whose names are drawing a blank at the moment. Never my favorite club (that would be GAMH),
it was a decent enough place to hear music.

The past six years I think I might have recognized the name of 5% of the musicians playing there.

Yeah, close to my work for years and I stopped in fairly often back in the day.

Never was greatly impressed with the acoustics though (not to mention the drinks)...

There must be something wrong with me for not having something wrong.

Apparently it was in the works -
But the corona Virus has pushed the time line....
