I don't know about the timeline, but it wouldn't surprise me if something happens. The government has done nothing but hide and conceal truth to us citizens my whole lifetime. They need to give it to us straight and we will deal with it.

I didn't watch the video you referenced. But found and watched one released by Dr Greer earlier today. I have seen a UFO and I don't give a flying shit if anyone believes me.

The government hardly needs to do it. They have proven their position on this subject for decades and decades. Greer's theory is that if these supposed black project people come out then there will be hopefully billions of people informed which would force the government or the parts of the government that won't own up to own up. Most likely IMO nothing will change. Deadline Monday. Nobody but Greer forced to eat crow.
